Raja Yoga, led by Traci Trimble, PhD (YTT500), is a weekly 45 minute immersion into the path of Self Disciple – a systemic teaching to attain inner peacefulness, clarity, self control and realization. In these sessions you will honour noble silence in a meditative state while Traci teaches a short 15 minute lesson from the 8 Limbs of Yoga, followed by a 20 minute slow moving Ashtanga flow, then wrapped up in 10 minutes of silent meditation in Divine Light.
