This educational, dynamic and restorative 1-day retreat brings together the philosophy and experience of yoga, meditation and metaphysics. We will be creating the environment required for you to release all of the non-beneficial physical, emotional, mental & spiritual energy that has distracted you from living your highest good.

You will shift into Self Love & Awareness with comfort & ease.

Self Love Yoga - 60 minute Private Session

Private Self Love Yoga sessions

COST: $129 + HST

 

PROCESS:

– 10 mins of discovery; a journey through the chakras to determine any blockages in the physical, emotional and mental bodies;

– 35 minutes of mind/body work through 1 to 3 asanas (yoga poses) for the purpose of Self Healing; Raja Yoga Meditation with Reiki Energy Work and CCMBA protocol;

– 10 minutes of journal work; shared/or not;

– 5 minutes of a debrief; possible assignment of at home Self Care work.

BENEFITS:

– clear understanding of your emotional blocks, how to be consciously aware of when they are contacting you and how to clear them physically, emotionally and mentally

– development of a personal practice aimed at creating tools that move you closer to Self Care

– peacefulness

PREPARATION:

1. wear comfortable clothes that allow you the fullest possible mobility for where you are at in this moment;

2. bring a yoga mat (if you do not have one I do have public use mats); a blanket, a journal, a light snack (nuts, fruit, etc) and water

[note: group sessions and 3 hour workshops are also available]

Self Love Yoga - 90 minute Group Sessions

Group Self Love Yoga sessions

Maximum of 6 people per session

COST: $65pp + HST

PROCESS:

– 10 minutes of discovery; a journey through the chakras to determine any blockages in the physical, emotional and mental bodies;

– 50 minutes of mind/body work through 1 to 3 asanas (yoga poses) for the purpose of Self Healing; customized for each individual including Raja Yoga Meditation with Reiki Energy Work and CCMBA protocols;

– 10 minutes of journal work; not shared

– 20 minutes of a debrief; possible assignment of at home Self Care work.

COST: $65pp + HST;

includes the session and an e-book; travel offsite may have a small fee

 

PROCESS:

– 60 mins of discovery including an brief introduction of each participant to the group for the purpose of holding a supportive space; and a journey through the chakras in order to determine any blockages in the physical, emotional and mental bodies;

– 15  minutes of mind/body work through each of 3 asanas (yoga poses) for the purpose of Self Healing; total of 45 minutes of Yoga Therapy

– 10 minutes of Raja Yoga Meditation with Reiki Energy Work for each pose and each individual in order to release any non-beneficial energy; plus an additional 10 minutes of Guided Meditation; total of 40 minutes of Meditation

– 10 minutes of journal work for each release; total of 30 minutes of journaling

– 30 to 60 minutes of a debrief depending on the class size and willingness of each particiant to heal; possible assignment of at home Self Care work.
