Elmhirst’s Resort | Keene, Ontario
Canada
Limited to only 24 Sisters
For the Woman who is beginning to realize something heartbreaking:
She has become the one who holds everyone else… while quietly carrying herself alone.
The strong one.
The helper.
The healer.
Surrounded by people… yet longing to be deeply witnessed herself.
She has spent years healing. Reading books. Taking courses. Going to retreats. Learning. Growing. Holding space for everyone else.
She has become an expert at:
Doing.
Holding.
Performing.
Even healing itself can quietly become another thing we carry.
But not this weekend.
A remembering.
A return to who Wise Women have always known themselves to be.
Because Wise Women gathered at tables.
Wise Women gathered in circles.
Wise Women gathered around fires.
Not to become more.
Not to prove anything.
Simply to be witnessed.
To soften.
To remember.
This weekend is a return.
A return to Sisterhood.
A return to the Circle.
A return home to ourselves.
Because beneath all of it… there is a truth waiting for you:
You were never meant to do this spiritual work alone.
✓ You miss yourself

Each woman receives:
✓ Her own private bedroom
✓ Private ensuite bathroom

The perfect balance between privacy and community.
Nourishment matters.
For one weekend, you do not need to decide what to cook, what to prepare, who to feed first or whether everyone else has what they need.
You simply arrive.
Throughout the weekend you will be cared for with beautiful chef-prepared, farm-to-table meals created with intention and shared in Sisterhood.
Imagine gathering around tables overlooking the lake, coffee in hand, lingering conversations, laughter that lasts longer than expected and meals that become part of the experience itself.
Because Wise Women have always gathered around tables.
Not just to eat.
To connect.
To share stories.
To witness one another.
To slow down.
To remember.
Dietary accommodations can easily be made for all requirements.
Because being nourished is part of the healing too.

Traci’s work bridges the gap between awareness and lived change.
Since 2007, Dr. Traci Trimble has helped spiritually aware women who have done years of healing work uncover inherited generational trauma patterns so they stop repeating cycles in relationships, health, self-worth and emotional reactions.
She doesn’t just give you more information.
She shows you how to understand yourself, interrupt your patterns and create a life that reflects who you truly are.
The Circle Is Open… Will You Heed the Call?
When Wise Women stop doing their spiritual work alone, something magical happens…
a Sisterhood begins to form. And we all need that Sisterhood in our lives!
This truth has got me thinking that it is time for a Retreat right here in my home province of Ontario, Canada.
I’ve been thinking a lot about all of the women I am connected with. Not just today – for weeks, maybe months – because I know something about the women who find their way into my energy. You’re thoughtful, self-aware and compassionate. You have invested years into becoming the woman you are today. You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, attended the workshops. You have cried the tears and celebrated the breakthroughs.
And still…
there are moments when you quietly wonder, “Why does this journey sometimes feel so lonely?” So many of you have shared with me that you feel lonely – not because you’re alone but because so much of your healing has happened in solitude. You meditate alone, journal alone, process alone and so many of you carry your questions alone. Even your breakthroughs are often experienced alone.
I want to end this for us – I want to end walking this spiritual path alone!
Somewhere along the way, we began believing that spiritual growth was something we were supposed to do by ourselves but that isn’t how Wise Women have always lived.
For thousands of years, women gathered around fires, around tables, beside rivers and in forests.
I want to recreate this sacred experience – so I am this Fall! Not because we need to fix something but because we have forgotten something that our wise Ancestors understood…
Healing may begin within us but remembering who we are happens in relationship. It happens when another woman looks into our eyes and sees us before we remember how to see ourselves.
It happens when laughter echoes across a dinner table. When silence beside a fire says more than words ever could. When we realize we don’t have to explain why our eyes suddenly fill with tears. When we discover that someone else’s courage awakens our own.
That…
That is the type of Sisterhood I am talking about. Not the kind built on comparison, where we shrink ourselves to fit in and definitely not the kind where we pretend everything is fine. The kind where women arrive exactly as they are and leave knowing they belong.
This is why I created RETURN TO THE CIRCLE 2026 – a weekend at Elmhirst’s Resort where we gather together to learn to listen to the call of our body. Where we use love and laughter to heal our hearts and where we grow as wise women through community.
It’s not because the world needs another retreat it’s because I believe Wise Women deserve a place where they no longer have to do their spiritual work alone. A place where they can rest, be nourished, sit beside the lake in the crisp Fall air. A place where we can gather around the fire, share beautiful meals and be witnessed. And perhaps, for the first time in a long time…
Feel completely at home.
From October 30 through November 1, twenty-four women will gather at Elmhirst’s Resort in Keene, Ontario, Canada
Some will arrive knowing no one, yet I have a feeling they’ll leave with Sisters.
If something inside you softened while reading these words…
Don’t ignore it. Sometimes our hearts recognize a calling before our minds understand why.
I would be deeply honoured to welcome you into the Circle.
In the Chamber of Frequency Integrity and at RETURN TO THE CIRCLE Retreats, I, Traci Trimble and my team at True Path Consulting Group, care deeply about the quality, integrity and care of the spaces we create together.
For this exact reason, I do not promise you that a “safe space” will be comfortable.
Not because safety doesn’t matter here. It matters profoundly. No one else can determine what safety feels like inside another woman’s body. And that is no one’s business but her own.
Something that feels deeply nourishing to one woman may activate another. A truth that liberates one woman may bring another to an edge. An invitation that opens one heart may awaken grief, resistance, anger, fear or an old survival strategy in another.
Activation is not automatically harm. That belief, claim and ideology is spiritual bypassing. Discomfort is not automatically danger and safety is not the absence of either.
Transformation sometimes asks us to encounter the places where we have learned to leave ourselves. The places where we silence our truth, override our bodies, abandon our boundaries, give away our authority or expect someone outside of us to know what is right for us.
I will not ask you to override yourself in the name of healing, spirituality, sisterhood or belonging and I will not take your sovereignty from you by pretending I can guarantee that nothing here will ever activate you.
I can commit to bringing presence, care, discernment and responsibility to the spaces I hold.
I can, will and do establish clear agreements and boundaries including:
I can honour consent.
I can listen when something needs attention.
I can remain willing to have difficult conversations.
I can take responsibility when responsibility is mine.
And I can continually ask “Does what we are creating support women in becoming more sovereign, more self-aware and more able to remain in relationship with themselves?”
The purpose of this Sisterhood based, self awareness work is not to create a world in which nothing activates us.
It is to develop the capacity to remain with ourselves when life does.
When you enter this space, I ask you to remain in relationship with yourself. Listen to your body. Notice your yes. Notice your no. Notice when you contract, disappear, perform, please, defend, freeze, over give or override yourself.
From a place of kindness, we ask that you communicate your boundaries, ask for what you need, choose what you participate in, step away when you need to and return when it is right for you.
Allow another woman’s experience to belong to her without making it mean something about you as you become her witness. And when something activates you, where possible, become curious before deciding what it means without putting it on someone else.
What is happening in me?
What does my body know?
What belongs to this moment?
What belongs to my history?
What is mine to communicate?
What is mine to take responsibility for?
You never have to endure something harmful in order to prove that you are healing and you also do not have to flee every uncomfortable edge in order to protect yourself.
Part of self-mastery is learning the difference.
We are human beings gathering with human beings. There may be misunderstandings. There may be projections. There may be moments when we don’t get it right.
The measure of a conscious community is not that rupture never happens. It is what we do when it does.
Can we tell the truth sooner?
Can we listen without immediately defending?
Can we own what belongs to us?
Can we make repair where repair is possible?
Can we honour a boundary without requiring agreement?
Can we allow another woman her sovereignty while remaining rooted in our own?
This is part of the practice.
They are places to practice being fully ourselves inside relationship.
Many of our deepest patterns were formed relationally. So there is something profoundly powerful about discovering that we can now remain connected without abandoning ourselves.
We can belong without conforming.
We can disagree without exiling.
We can be witnessed without performing.
We can encounter discomfort without immediately assuming danger.
We can say no without withdrawing our love.
We can say yes without betraying ourselves.
We can be responsible for our own experience while still caring deeply about the experiences of others.
That is the kind of community I want to participate in.
Not a perfect space.
Not a space without edges.
Not a space where someone else is responsible for keeping me comfortable.
A space of integrity, of consent, sovereignty, responsibility and a space of truth where we exist within a space of repair and where we practice staying with ourselves while being in relationship with one another.
I will do my part to hold that container with the highest integrity I know how. I promise you that.
I ask you to do the same.
Because ultimately, the sacredness of this space does not come from my ability to guarantee your safety.
It comes from what we agree to practice together.
Heal. Remember. Rise.
