1. Educational and Personal Development Purpose

All content, programs, coaching, workshops, teachings, energetic experiences, communities, and services are intended for educational, spiritual growth, self-awareness, and personal development purposes only.

Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure medical or psychological conditions and do not replace licensed medical, legal, psychiatric, or mental health care.

You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results.

2. Participation Responsibility

By participating in any program or service, you acknowledge that personal growth work can involve emotional insight, self-reflection, energetic experiences, and difficult conversations.

You accept full responsibility for your participation and personal outcomes.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required according to the selected purchase option.

For payment plans:

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments associated with your purchase.

Payment plans are commitments to the full program investment and are not pay-as-you-go arrangements.

Missed, failed, or disputed payments do not cancel the remaining balance due.

You authorize automatic recurring charges according to the selected payment schedule.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, coaching, educational experiences, energetic work, memberships, and immediate access to intellectual property, all purchases are final.

No refunds are provided unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Memberships and Recurring Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions continue according to the selected billing schedule until cancelled.

Members are responsible for managing cancellations before the next billing date.

Cancellation ends future billing only and does not generate retroactive refunds.

6. Community Conduct

Members agree to participate respectfully.

Harassment, abusive conduct, discrimination, disruption, or behavior that negatively impacts the safety of the community may result in removal without refund.

7. Confidentiality

Reasonable care is taken to create safe spaces; however, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group environments, communities, live calls, workshops, or member discussions.

Participants are encouraged to exercise discretion when sharing personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials including frameworks, teachings, processes, recordings, content, documents, graphics, methodologies, course materials, meditations, exercises, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of Traci Trimble.

This includes but is not limited to:

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, taught, resold, or shared without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traci Trimble and associated companies, staff, contractors, team members, and affiliates shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from participation or use of services.

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes agreement with updated terms.
